I've come to the conclusion that if you don't expect anything, whether it be from people or things, you won't get disappointed! Now, don't get me wrong! There are certain things that you SHOULD expect things from, like when you do something good or something? lol I really don't know what I meant by that!
But anyways! Back to the main topic here.
Going through and looking back on my life, Ive always expected the best out of people. I always looked for the Good in them, and not the bad. It is true that I care too much, though. And that single reason alone is why I end up hurt as much as I am.
My friends? PFT! What "Friends"? All I have are people who are fake and only use me for things.
I always get my hope up about things, only to get them crushed!
This isn't going to be the case anymore, I am not going to care about things that don't matter! The same goes for people. I am going to reinvent my life, and myself.
No expectations, no disappointments. Live life to the fullest and don't regret a single thing<3
